I've managed to lose the recipe card that came with this pan. Could someone out there who has it please upload it? The recipe that Calphalon currently lists on its website is for a larger size pan, and the ingredients are all different.

I have had one of these since 1981. It is the best ever. When I saw this product at $30, I wanted to buy all of them, but just bought one.



My original will last another 30 years. I have a back up just in case. I don't know why I'll ever need it.



Seriously, if you can buy this monster for $30, buy a bunch and give them away. This is the best pan ever for searing, sauces and whatever you want to do.

I bought this pot because my daughter got one for a wedding gift five years ago and loves it. She was wanting the next size up but said they were too expensive. I went oon Amazon.com to see if they sold Calphalon and found that not only did they have it, they had the exact pot my daughter had and for a fraction of the original cost. So I bought one for myself. I too love it. I then bought one for my daughter-in-law (a great cook) for her birthday along with a new cook book. My daughter-in-law's birthday won't be here for another month and a half so I can't tell you if she loves it as much as my daughter and I do.



It's easy to clean (although you can't put it in the dishwasher). Nothing seems to burn or stick to it. I think it's a pot I'll have forever and it sooooo worth the price.

This Saucepan is just the right size to heat 6-8 Franks, make Marinara for 2-4 people, noodles for a casserole and many more such chores. It heats very uniformly and washes up with a soft sponge or rag and soap.

The Lid fits precisely reducing the chance to "boil it dry". We are very pleased with this Saucepan and highly recommend it to all, who love to cook.
