So this set is wonderful. They cook very well and even. The food does not stick at all and they are the EASIEST pans to clean EVER.
BUT with that said... And this is all my fault not the pans... the handles can still BURN you. The silicone does not heat up on the stove top.... but I used it in the oven the other day and they did get pretty warm... now I'm a tough girl about these things and have burnt many times as I'm a culinary student So I thought I could handle warm.... I grabbed the handle... and I quickly realized that yes I can handle the silicone but NOT the metal tip at the end of the handle! Huge burn!
Completely my fault.. but just be mindfull of that.
The set is absolutely gorgeous, in fact I couldn't help but brag and show em off when my friends were over! They do scrath a little on the bottom but who cares! They work great and are probably the best set I've ever owned.

I was in need of some good pots and pans and I loved rachel ray so I decided to give hers a chance. I looked at all the different ones and decided on this set because I didn't have a dishwasher. They are great pans, so far I haven't scratched the nonstick and I am pretty rough on them. They clean up in a breeze. The one thing that I have noticed is the blue outer coating has chipped in some places but I don't know if that is something that happens from wear and tear. I have had them for about a year and a half and I still use most of them everyday day and they are still great pans.

I have been talking for some time about needing new pans. We have a white stovetop and my old pans always left a black mark when used.
One of my daughters talked about purchasing one of Rachael Rays new pans and I decided to go with a complete set. The pans are wonderful and leave no marks on my stove as well as looking good. Because I had my new pans, I gave most of my old ones to my youngest daughter who was leaving for her new apt while going to school.
