We were very happy with Amazon's price, process, and shipping of our cookware set. The product itself is excellent. We love the way it looks and how it performs. It does everything Cuisinart says it will do. We had a non-stick pan and it would always cook the outside of the pan faster than the middle. The Cuisinart cookware cooks very evenly. On the downside, the handles do not have a rubber coating and get very hot when on the stove.

I just received my cookware and I was amazed at how well it was packaged. Every nook and cranny had cardboard in or around it. As for the cookware itself I am very happy with my purchase. I did a lot of research on cookware and went to several stores like Costco and Macy's. For the price and for the quality of the product this was a great deal. While my mother has a nice set of All-Clad, I have been making do with Revereware. My old plastic handles were cracking and the non-stick coating on my off-brand frying pans was peeling. I was looking for an all new set of pots and pans, I wanted an upgrade that I could afford. I settled on this set for $260. These are wonderful! They cook well with no hot spots, they clean very easily and the lids have a nice tight fit. The handles are large enough to remove a pan from the oven with mitts on and they are well balanced. The steamer insert fits in all three sizes of sauce pan and the edges of the pans are contoured to pour neatly and drip free. I would buy this set again. It is comparable to my mother's All-Clad set at a fraction of the price.

I sent this set to my sister for her birthday and she was extremely pleased with this set! She's an amazing cook and knows good cookware when she sees it. I know I'm in for a treat when I visit her this summer!

Have only possessed for a short time so I can't speak on satisfaction of prolonged use, but as for early on, this cookware has what appears to be a quality high polish stainless that has been holding up well under stove heat.
Items have a very attractive look and show to be effective at dispersing range heat evenly with their heat acceptance disk-pad fused to the bottom of the cookware. So far so good, and the price was right when compared to other similar items.
My main concern was not to eat long-term from food prepared on typical Teflon coated cookware, and also not to eat long-term from food prepared on aluminum items either; this set seems so far to be the best avenue to avoid both at the right price. Wish me luck with them.
p.s. Another nice benefit with cookware of this quality nature is the need of only very little cooking oil to avoid food sticking to pan. The dense and hardened stainless along with its high polish all helps with this attribute.
